Our motto is clear on this page... "Check the Comps... We Dare You!". Our company offers land, at a wholesale price, with a minimum of 30% built-in equity.

The word "wholesale" is used excessively and disingenously throughout the marketplace. So much so that it has very little meaning in the eyes of the general public. It has even less meaning for the thinking real estate investor. We understand this but cannot think of a better word to describe the land we offer.  If one is serious about claiming wholesale prices, one must be willing to back it up.  We do that.  We invite you to check the sold comparable properties on the local MLS to prove it.

Our business plan dictates that we must offer these prices.  Properties priced at a true wholesale level sell quickly, allowing us to rapidly move into the next property, hire more people in the immediate future, which allows us to find and purchase more property to offer at wholesale, and so on.  This manner of conducting business creates loyal investors by offering extraordinary pricing.  Meanwhile it effectively helps us grow a business more rapidly because of the faster moving properties.

Please take a look at our properties for sale.  You will not find them on the MLS.  We discovered early on that if we offer the property on the local MLS we invariably create the lowest sold record (comp), thus bringing down values in the general vicinity.  Also, we are a true wholesale dealer of property.  If we list property in a retail environment, like the MLS, it confuses our message to the marketplace.
